The history of the corida in Seville was built in the 18th century. Arena has a capacity of about 12,500 and is one of the most famous of all Spanish corrida. In the past, bull fights were held in the Plaza de San Francisco, an historic market hall near Seville. The first temporary wooden arena was built in 1730 near the current location of the Plaza de Toros.
