Hohe Tauern National Park is one of the largest nature reserves, the existing five in Austria. It includes the mountain areas of Central Eastern Alps in Austria with mountains of the Hohe Tauern region which lies between the rivers Isel sources, Moll, Mur and the Salzach, the east-west side have a length of 100 km and 40 km north-south .
