Ca 'd'Oro is the most beautiful castle of the Grand Canal. The palace was built between 1428 and 1430 for the Contarini family, who were part of eight crack between 1043 and 1676. After the election, each doge was to leave his palace and move to Doges Palace. Main facade on the Grand Canal was built in Venetian Gothic style floral. In this style were built Palace Giustiniani Barbaro Palace.
Lodge Downstairs access a channel directly from the entrance hall. Balcony above the colonnade is the main salon. Balcony have capitals columns (instead of combining the upper columns) that support the windows above them in the form of clover. Above this balcony is another similar to the lower balcony. Describing the style palace is said to be a combination of a medieval church and a temple Maur.
