   St Stephen's Cathedral was the subject of many books, pictures and studies. Uniqueness cathedral and many more are in St Stephen's Cathedral, an architectural treasure. Bell's Cathedral is one of the largest in the world and was made of iron obtained from a cannon captured from the Turks in 1683. Resounding bell each year in the city announcing the coming New Year. St Stephen's Cathedral was destroyed by fire several times towards the end of the war. But everyone gave a helping hand, the cathedral was rebuilt in only seven years: emblem and symbol of Austria Austrian identity was reborn from the ashes to once again.
