The Mushroom House was built by the students of that University. The wood was the main material that was used in the construction. The frame structure and the balcony were made of metal. The house has many small round and semi-circular windows, reminiscent of the ship cabin window. The Mushroom House was put up for sale in 2006. The project was estimated to $ 400 thousand. The professor Terry Brown, the creator of The Mushroom House died in 2008.
