There is an old wood oven which has been transformed into a bathroom with a shower and two sandstone washbasins, which create a very delicate and fashionable place.
The first floor is designed with a small reading room or also called a drawing room,that features a stone fireplace and a double bed-settee. There is a hall for the second back entrance to the house, which serves as a passage to the other two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and the other one includes two single beds, both perfectly decorated with wall paintings depicting interesting scenes of the nearby castle and the picturesque landscape that surround it. There is also a small bathroom with a whirlpool shower.
On the second floor, an attic that has another double bedroom with a canopy bed is designed, an antique desk for writing and a trompe-l'oeil depicting the amazing view that can be seen from the large window overlooking the adorable Lake Trasimeno. Adjacent, there is another superb bedroom with two single beds and a delicate bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a shower. The main villa includes 12 beds beautifully designed in its 183 square metres.
The small villa is used as a guest house, situated alongside the main villa featuring a wide, veritable colonnade that measures around 18 square metres from which a spectacular panorama of the surrounding countryside can be seen . On its ground floor the guest can get to see a suitable living room with a stone fireplace and a bed-settee. Here is also a fully equipped kitchen which is entirely decorated with hand-painted tiles, and the bathroom has a whirlpool shower.
