The city of Varna is situated on the banks of Varna’s Bay, 470 km east from Sofia. Varna is the biggest city on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast and is called the sea capital of Bulgaria. Varna is one of the most apreciated resort centers in Bulgaria. Every summer, Varna attracts tourists from all over the world. In addition to amazing natural attractions, Varna beach provides water sports, beach volleyball, as well as plenty of entertainment activities. Among the attractions of Varna is also the Aquarium. It was built in 1912 during the leadership of King Ferdinand. It provides collections of the flora, fauna, and the specifics of the Black Sea. In Varna, you also can enjoy a really spectacular walk in the pedestrain zone, where you will find nice fairs. It is a really romantic ambiance there, you will be impressed by the old-fashioned steets and magnificent architecture.
