Pace of globalization is too fast to keep track of it. These cities are the real proof. Also, the result of an efficient state policy oriented towards maximazing the results with the current resources. And they do have resources! Investment in infrastructure and as a result, good infrastructure is really attractive to foreign investors, which further means development and growth. Good state policy with great results! ;)
